Effective date: August 2, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how King JBoi INC, the current operator of HBF+, collects, uses, discloses, and protects information through HBF+ websites, accounts, memberships, streaming, community areas, and support services.
HBF+ may collect identifiers and account information such as your display name, email address, account ID, membership status, marketing preferences, support messages, and information you choose to submit. Passwords are processed as protected credentials; HBF+ does not display your password to staff.
HBF+ may collect IP-derived and device information, browser and operating-system details, session and security records, approximate location derived from an IP address, referring pages, feature interactions, crash or error information, and playback authorization data. HBF+ may also record watch progress, titles requested or viewed, playback events, device limits, and concurrent-stream activity to deliver and secure the service.
Payment card and bank details are collected and processed by the payment processor used at checkout. HBF+ receives transaction details such as customer and subscription identifiers, plan, payment status, billing dates, discounts, and limited billing contact information, but should not store full payment card numbers on HBF+ servers.
HBF+ uses information to create and secure accounts; provide streaming and community features; authorize playback; manage memberships, billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds; remember progress and preferences; provide support; prevent fraud and piracy; moderate community activity; measure service performance; comply with rights agreements and law; and communicate about the service. Marketing messages are sent when allowed and can be opted out of separately.
HBF+ may show contextual advertising, sponsorship messages, house promotions, pre-roll, mid-roll, or post-roll. At launch, HBF+ does not sell personal information or use third-party behavioral advertising trackers to disclose a signed-in member's identity together with the specific video that member watched. If those practices change, HBF+ will update this Policy and provide any notice, consent, or opt-out required by applicable privacy and video-viewing laws.
HBF+ may share only the information reasonably needed with vendors that provide hosting, databases, cloud storage, media delivery, playback, payment processing, email delivery, analytics, security, customer support, and professional services. HBF+ may also disclose information to comply with law, protect users or rights, investigate abuse, complete a business transfer, or with your direction or consent. Vendors are expected to use information for the contracted service and protect it appropriately.
HBF+ uses essential cookies and similar technologies for sign-in, account security, preferences, checkout continuity, playback authorization, and site operation. HBF+ may use limited first-party analytics to understand reliability and engagement. Blocking essential storage may prevent account, billing, community, or playback features from working.
You can change marketing email preferences through account settings or unsubscribe links. Operational messages about accounts, billing, security, service changes, and password resets may still be sent. Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information, or object to certain processing, through the Contact page. HBF+ may verify your identity before completing a request.
HBF+ keeps information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including providing the service, maintaining transaction and rights records, meeting tax or accounting obligations, resolving disputes, preventing fraud and piracy, enforcing agreements, and protecting platform security. Retention periods vary by record type. Information may be deleted, de-identified, or aggregated when no longer needed.
HBF+ uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information. No internet service can guarantee perfect security. Keep your password confidential and contact HBF+ promptly if you suspect unauthorized account access.
HBF+ is a general-audience service and is not directed to children under 13. Children under 13 may not create accounts or submit personal information. If HBF+ learns that it collected personal information from a child under 13 without legally valid parental consent, HBF+ will take reasonable steps to delete it. A parent or guardian may contact HBF+ about a child's information.
HBF+ operates from the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other places where service providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards. If this Policy changes materially, HBF+ will update the effective date and provide additional notice when required by law.
