Membership cancellation, automatic renewal, promotion, and refund rules for HBF+.

HBF+ paid memberships renew automatically at the price and interval displayed before checkout until canceled. The launch Founder Membership is billed yearly while active. Any taxes, discounts, trial terms, or promotional pricing that apply are shown at checkout. By completing checkout, you authorize recurring charges to the payment method provided until cancellation.
You may cancel future renewals at any time through the billing area in your HBF+ account or by contacting HBF+ support through the Contact page. Online cancellation does not require speaking with a representative. Unless a different effective date is shown during cancellation, access continues through the end of the paid billing period and no further renewal charge will be made.
Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. Cancellation normally stops future renewals and does not automatically refund or prorate the current paid period. This does not limit any refund, cancellation, or cooling-off right that applicable law gives you.
Refund requests are reviewed case by case for duplicate charges, billing errors, unauthorized charges reported promptly, or material technical access failures that HBF+ cannot reasonably resolve. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible. Processing times after approval depend on the payment provider and financial institution.
Founder Membership is a limited annual launch offer. Founder pricing and status continue only while the membership remains active and eligible. If a Founder Membership ends, later re-enrollment, availability, benefits, or the same price are not guaranteed unless required by the specific offer or applicable law.
Promotion codes and discounts apply only when active, eligible, and accepted at checkout. Unless the offer says otherwise, promotions are not redeemable for cash, cannot be applied retroactively, and may not be combined. The renewal price after a temporary promotion will be disclosed at checkout.
HBF+ programming may change as rights, release windows, approvals, and technical readiness change. The removal or rotation of an individual title does not automatically create a refund when the membership service remains available, except where applicable law requires otherwise or HBF+ approves the request.
Opening a payment dispute does not itself cancel a membership or guarantee a refund. Contact HBF+ first when practical so a billing or access issue can be investigated. HBF+ may suspend access associated with a reversed or disputed payment while the matter is reviewed, consistent with applicable law and payment-network rules.
The HBF+ Shop is not currently open. Physical product shipping, returns, exchanges, damaged-order handling, and fulfillment terms will be published before the Shop officially launches and will apply separately from this membership policy.
