The rules for HBF+ accounts, memberships, streaming access, content rights, advertising, and support.

HBF+ is a streaming and media membership service currently operated by King JBoi INC, a Georgia corporation. King JBoi INC is the contracting party and merchant of record for HBF+ memberships unless checkout clearly identifies another seller. HBF+ may later be operated by a successor or separately registered HBF+ entity, and these Terms will be updated if that occurs.
By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or using HBF+, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked below. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 13 to create an account. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms and authorize any purchase. HBF+ is not directed to children under 13.
HBF+ memberships provide personal viewing access to films, series, interviews, music videos, behind-the-scenes programming, live or recorded events, community areas, and other official HBF+ entertainment content. A membership is a limited right to access the service; it does not transfer ownership of any programming. Available programming may change as rights, release windows, technical readiness, and business needs change.
HBF+ programming may include clearly identified pre-roll, mid-roll, post-roll, sponsorship messages, house promotions, product placement, or other advertising. Membership fees do not guarantee ad-free viewing unless a plan is expressly described as ad-free at checkout. Advertising does not give an advertiser ownership of HBF+ accounts, memberships, or programming.
Membership prices, billing intervals, automatic renewal terms, taxes, discounts, and available plans are shown before checkout. Unless checkout says otherwise, a paid membership renews automatically at the disclosed interval until canceled. You authorize the payment method provided at checkout to be charged for each renewal. You can stop future renewals through the billing area in your HBF+ account or by contacting support. The Refund and Cancellation Policy is part of these Terms.
HBF+ may offer an individual movie, an identified series, or a music release for a one-time streaming purchase or time-limited rental. These offers are available to eligible free accounts and do not require an active membership unless checkout says otherwise. A purchase grants personal, non-transferable streaming access through the purchasing account while HBF+ continues operating the feature and holds the distribution rights; it is not ownership of the content and does not include a download. A rental must start within the period shown at checkout and expires after the displayed playback window begins. A series offer covers the series identified at checkout, including episodes HBF+ makes available under that series during the applicable access period. Refunds, reversals, disputes, fraud, rights loss, or a Terms violation may suspend or end access, subject to applicable law.
Founder Membership is a limited annual launch plan. Founder status is recognition attached to an eligible account, not equity, voting rights, ownership, employment, a security, an investment, a charitable contribution, or a promise of financial return. Founder benefits and pricing continue only while the membership remains active and eligible under the offer shown at checkout.
HBF+ programming is owned by King JBoi INC, Hood Baby Films, or legally distributed under documented rights, licenses, releases, or permissions held by King JBoi INC, Hood Baby Films, or approved rights holders. All trademarks, artwork, software, and service materials remain the property of their respective owners.
You may not copy, record, download except through an authorized feature, redistribute, resell, publicly perform, scrape, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, share protected playback links, remove rights notices, or use HBF+ content outside the access provided by your account or membership. Commercial exhibition, rebroadcast, and venue use require separate written permission.
You are responsible for your account credentials and activity. Do not share access beyond any household, device, or concurrent-stream limits shown for your plan. HBF+ may limit devices or streams and may suspend or terminate access for fraud, piracy, unauthorized access, chargeback abuse, harassment, illegal activity, or violations of these Terms. Contact support promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
The Lounge may allow eligible members to submit comments, reactions, reports, or other limited community material. You retain ownership of material you submit, but grant King JBoi INC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, moderate, and distribute it only as needed to operate, promote, secure, and improve HBF+. You must have the rights to submit it. HBF+ may review, reject, hide, or remove submissions and may preserve or disclose records when reasonably necessary for safety, enforcement, or law.
HBF+ is not an open creator marketplace. Public users cannot upload videos to the catalog, create storefronts, sell content directly, receive tips, or receive payouts through HBF+. Production, licensing, employment, partnership, advertising, or distribution arrangements require a separate written agreement and are not created by an account or membership.
HBF+ may add, rotate, remove, postpone, geo-restrict, or change programming and features. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, security, rights compliance, or events outside reasonable control. HBF+ will use reasonable efforts to provide the paid service but does not promise that every title or feature will always be available or uninterrupted.
To the extent permitted by law, HBF+ is provided on an as-available basis and implied warranties are disclaimed. King JBoi INC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of HBF+. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow HBF+ to exclude.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law where you live gives you non-waivable consumer rights. Any dispute not resolved informally will be handled in a court with lawful jurisdiction. These Terms do not require arbitration or waive participation in a class action.
King JBoi INC may assign these Terms as part of a merger, reorganization, asset transfer, or transfer of HBF+ to a separately registered entity. An assignment will not reduce rights already earned for a paid period. If a material change affects your membership, HBF+ will provide notice as required by law. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms means you accept the updated Terms.
The HBF+ Shop offers official HBF+ physical merchandise, including products made on demand and clearly identified pre-orders. Product prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Shipping charges, available delivery methods, and applicable taxes are shown during checkout. Shop purchases are also governed by the Shipping and Returns Policy and the product-specific availability and fulfillment information displayed before purchase.
